Q: How do I track my packages
A: For Xend packages, http://xend.com.ph/ Please be aware that the tracking numbers provided to you will only reflect the day after we shipped out your package, not the same day, as they still need to input the data on their system.
Q: How long do you make our order?
A: It usually take 1-3 working days because all items are handmade and hand painted individually. Plus delivery time. We'll be posting your items on the SOLD section and your tracking number once your items are finished.
Q: Available for meet ups?
A: No, We don't do meet ups.
Q: When will I receive my package?
A: Seriously, we don't know. After turning over of the package to the courier, it's up to them. Usually for Manila areas 1-2 days after pick up and 2-3 days outside manila.
Q: May I ask for custom jewelry? How much does it cost and how long do i need to wait?
A: Yes! The cost is according to complexity and time involved, but not much more than the regular shop prices. Please send us an e-mail with your idea to get a quote (tinypinkbow@gmail.com). This takes as long as any other order.
Q: Is the Shipping will be Shouldered by the buyer?
A: Yes. 55 within Metro Manila and 90 for provincial locations.
Q: I have never received my order, will you replace/refund it?
A: It's very rare that a package gets lost in the mail! Unfortunately we have no control over shipping, we cannot replace or refund lost packages unless they're insured.
Q: Are your chains sterling silver?
A: Honestly, my chains are not sterling silver (unless stated) so they may rust with time. To prevent rusting please keep them in a box when they're not being used.
Q: Are your accessories water resistant?
A: The clays are water resistant but do not put the objects under water or the metal pieces will get damaged. You should keep your pieces in a safe place, to prevent damages - although the clay is resistant and pieces are made to last long they may break if not treated gently.
Q: Do you do workshops on how to make your products?
A: We want to, but we don't have enough time for that. We're too busy working on your orders most of the time.
Q: Can I customize my orders?
A: Sure you can, as long as it's possible. Our craftsmanship are quite limited, so please bear with us.
